So bascially, it means that if you get any coupons from any retailers catalina (the coupons they give you at the register) you can use them at the commy! AS LONG as they say "Manufacturers Coupon" on the top..IE the ones that say "target coupons" WONT work.

What a great way to youse those register rewards, or other coupons you get from other stores!
