So bascially, it means that if you get any coupons from any retailers catalina (the coupons they give you at the register) you can use them at the commy! AS LONG as they say "Manufacturers Coupon" on the top..IE the ones that say "target coupons" WONT work.
What a great way to youse those register rewards, or other coupons you get from other stores!

prob a better way to use your register rewards than @ Wags!!! Wags you have to use 1 per item! I bet at the commissary you can use them all in one transactions towards your whole perchase!
